YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY, BUT THE VISION HASN’T BECOME REALITY…

No matter what our age, many of us are consumed by a vision for personal growth and progress.

What we fail to realize is, as we grow, we need to continue to develop new skill sets and new paradigms appropriate for where we are headed in the future.

Unfortunately, for most of us, we unsuccessfully attempt to adapt our current skill set, the skill set of yesterday— where we’ve been— to our next level experiences. As a result, we cannot seem to wrape our minds around the process of growth, maturation and advancement.

A main question each of us must answer is, “Where do we believe are we headed in our future?”

For those of us who ascribe to the “Altitude Acclimatization Algorithm”, we believe we are on a pilgrimage.  A pilgrimage through the present challenges of personal growth to a destination that will feel more like home than anywhere we’ve ever been.

We believe. Yes! We know we are going to heaven, but along the way, we need to rise-up here on earth.

The Altitude Acclimatization Algorithm is a method we use to overcome the shock of adaptation, the awkward discomfort of reaching out of our comfort zone to allow ourselves to evolve in adversity.
