The Algorithm: Anexomai in the Chrysalis
Anexomai definition: “Still bearing up…” even after going through the needed course of action.
What is altitude acclimatization?
How often do we speak of needing to push ourselves to a higher plane, next level, next dimension, greater sphere of influence? We use these phrases so often, they have become cliché. However, the sentiments are no less real because they are over utilized. Actually, there is a commonality of belief that is reassuring. If we desire more, we can have more.
But, what happens when we get more?
Do we automatically know what to do with it?
Many of us have difficulty with more. We feel overwhelmed, under pressure, tired of trying to keep up. We are in the in-between phase, anexomai, “still bearing up,” but not yet acclimatized, not yet ready for the next phase.
Experiencing this breathless overexertion in the land of more inspired me me think of an analogy… to altitude acclimatization.
At high altitudes, human beings experience lower air pressure, as a result, our lungs receive less oxygen per breath. As we climb to higher elevations, or visit cities with high elevations, like Denver, we can feel breathless, fatigued, light-headed. Our bodies respond by increasing our breathing, increasing our heart rate and blood pressure. These are inefficient responses that won’t work for us over the long haul. We need to adapt. Over time, we can become more efficiently adapted to our new level of atmosphere. We can acclimatize, producing more red blood cells and capillaries, our muscles can develop more blood vessels, and our lungs can increase in size.
The Altitude Acclimatization Algorithm is a series of “if-then” statements. The same precise language used in mathematics and computer programming. The algorithm utilizes the important skills of anticipation and preparation to help you design your precise acclimatization to your higher plane, next level, next dimension, greater sphere of influence.
We have found that inspiration facilitates acclimatization.
